Use built-in templates: Choose from various pre-designed templates for specific purposes, such as business reports, letters, or invoices. These templates include default layouts and fonts, making the process faster.

Add content: Use the "Home" tab to add text, images, tables, and other elements to your document.
Formatting:
Apply design themes: Click on the "Home" tab, then select "Styles." Choose from various themes to change the look and feel of your document, including font, color, and background.
Use paragraph formatting: Select text and use the "Paragraph" tab to adjust font, font size, line spacing, and more.
Format headers and footers: Use the same formatting options to customize the header and footer sections of your document.
Apply alignment and spacing: Use the "Alignment" and "Spacing" options in the "Alignment" section to center or justify text and adjust space between elements.
Use bullets and numbered lists: Click on the "Insert" tab and select "Bullet" or "Numbering" to insert bullet points or numbered lists within your document.
