A square table can be arranged in two ways, depending on the positions of the corners and middle seats:
1. Corner Seating:
Imagine the table divided into four sections, like an L shape.
Corners are assigned to each section.
Each corner seat is occupied by one person.
No two people are allowed to sit in the same corner seat.
2. Middle Seating:
Imagine the table divided into four sections, like an X shape.
Middle seats are assigned to the middle two sections.
Corners are left empty.
People can sit in any of the four middle seats, but no more than two people per section.
Examples:
In a 4-person square table, the corners would be occupied by two people each.
In a 6-person square table, the middle two seats would be occupied by two people each, leaving the corners empty.
Why do they do this?
The square arrangement ensures that everyone has enough space to move around comfortably and that no two people are sitting too close to each other. This creates a more enjoyable and efficient atmosphere for everyone
